Meet Attorney Nick A. Sailer
Attorney Nick Sailer was born and raised in Manchester, Iowa, and graduated from West Delaware High School. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Northern Iowa and received his Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School, along with a certificate in business law.
Nick returned to rural Northeast Iowa following law school and practiced in Independence, focusing on real estate and business matters. He later founded Nick Sailer Law, P.C., in Manchester to serve his home community.
His practice is centered on helping individuals, families, farmers, and small businesses. He emphasizes practical, straightforward guidance so clients can make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
